Authors Guidelines

Welcome to The Journal of Education and Finance Review (JEFR), a double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research in education and finance. These author guidelines aim to provide authors with clear instructions on how to prepare their manuscripts before submission. Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure that your manuscript meets our requirements.

Type of Articles Accepted:

We accept original research articles, review papers, case studies, book reviews, editorials, and short communications covering various aspects related to education and finance. We encourage submissions from scholars, academics, practitioners, policymakers, and other professionals involved in this field.

Submission Process:

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal's online submission system or emailed directly to the editorial office. All submissions must be original work and not under consideration by any other publication.

Manuscript Structure:

Before submitting your article, please make sure it adheres to the following criteria:

  1. Title Page: Include a concise title, full names of all contributing authors along with their affiliations, and contact details of the corresponding author.
  2. Abstract: Provide a brief summary of the study including its objectives, methodology, results, and key findings within no more than 250 words.
  3. Keywords: List at least five relevant keywords after the abstract.
  4. Introduction: Introduce the topic, briefly summarize previous works done in the area, justify the need for the current study, and present the main research question or hypothesis.
  5. Literature Review: Critically analyze existing literature and identify gaps or inconsistencies in knowledge to support the significance of your work.
  6. Methodology: Describe the data collection methods used (e.g., surveys, experiments, secondary data), sample size, sampling techniques, instruments, variables, statistical analysis, etc. Mention any limitations or challenges faced during the process.
  7. Results: Present the findings of your study using tables, figures, graphs, or textual descriptions as appropriate. Avoid repeating information already presented in the introduction or conclusion sections.
  8. Discussion: Interpret the results, compare them with existing literature, discuss possible explanations for observed trends, and highlight implications for future research.
  9. Conclusion: Summarize the major findings, emphasizing their contributions to the field, and suggest directions for further investigation.
  10. In-text Citations & References: Add Citations and references in APA 7th Style. Make sure to align all the in-text Citations and references.

Ethical Considerations:

Authors should adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed at the time of submission.

Peer Review Process:

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure quality and relevance to the journal's scope. Authors should be prepared to address reviewers' comments and make necessary revisions.

Copyright and Permissions:

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material used in their manuscript. Upon acceptance, authors may be required to transfer copyright to the journal.

Open Access:

Authors should be aware of the journal's policy regarding open access publication and associated fees, if any.
